I forgot to get names for concession dates today. Be ready tomorrow with which day you'd prefer to work if you are using Team Equipment. Dates and times on previous days post.
Keep your dryland training rolling this long weekend! Go for a long run, do some core, snap out a few push ups, do the lunge and squat matrix. If you have roller skis get after it! Practice your technique all weekend while bumming around home. (Single leg balance and drive. Don't get caught in the middle.)
