WHEN: Friday January 4 from 6:30-8:30pm.

WHAT: We ask parents to bring a dessert to share-we provide beverages(coffee, hot chocolate, wine etc).
WHERE: Martha Christensen's house.

Second: waxing tomorrow same place as always.
Third: If you ordered a jacket please bring checks.
Fourth: Schedule for Alexandria Meet Saturday; Meet at door 6 at 6:45am bus leaves at 7am sharp.

Location: Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center

Parking: Please park all team busses, cars and vans in the tarred parking lot to the left of the Waterpark. Team Camps will be on your busses.

Format:
Varsity: 5K Classic Race: Interval starts. 2 skiers every 30 second intervals.
Junior Varsity: 5K Classic Race: 2 skiers every 30 second intervals.
Jr. High: 2.5K Classic Race: 2 skiers every 30 second intervals.

Order of Events:

10:00 AM Girls Varsity – Interval Starts - 5K Classic Race 10:30AM Boys Varsity – Interval Starts – 5K Classic Race 11:00 AM JV Girls - Interval Starts – 5K Classic Race 11:30 AM JV Boys - Interval Starts – 5K Classic Race 12:00 PM Junior High Girls – Interval Starts – 5K Classic Race 12:30 PM Junior High Boys – Interval Starts - 5K Classic Race 1:15 PM Awards (Location: TBD)

Lastly I'd like to thank everyone for a great practice. We did a lot of individual work and I was happy to see everyone out skiing on their own while these sessions took place. I enjoyed seeing everyone mixing it up on the turning drills. I do have to say we shredded the gnar...and a few even kept it real and freed the heal on there turns.
